OUR COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

As our way to give back to the community of Odessa & Midland, starting in 2019, Odessa Maids will be sponsoring two yearly STEM focused camps for middle-school aged children. This is our way of giving back to the Permian Basin. The people of Odessa & Midland have been critical in our growth and this is our way of saying “Thank you” to the community.

Our vision is to help local children become innovators in STEM fields, leaders in their communities and builders of their own futures through exposure to computer science and technology.

For the summer of 2019, we intend to hold a 1 week camp for children that will provide participants with exciting hands-on LEGO robotics experience. There will be no fee for selected participants. Space is limited. The goal will be to increase interest in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math). At the end of the robotics camp, the children will showcase what they have learned.
